Excellent Player for the NZ Aotearoa All Blacks and Auckland Blues

There have been many players for the New Zealand Aotearoa All Blacks rugby team through the years. One of these players is Robin Brooke who played in the role of lock throughout his Aotearoa New Zealand rugby career.

Robin Brooke is the youngest of 3 bros that have all competed in professional rugby. Though not as flashy as his two brothers, Robin Brooke still offered a lot to his sports team. As a lock, his strength in scrummaging, in addition to other forward aspects made certain he was invaluable to his team.

Similarly to a good number of other All Black players, Robin Brooke Auckland played for his home territory for Super Rugby. Brooke played for the Auckland Blues from 1996 to 2001, in time becoming skipper for the 2000 and 2001 seasons prior to retiring immediately after the ending of the 2001 NZ rugby season.

Brooke has also made contributions to the NZ Maori community. You are able to view Robin Brooke perform and coach the Haka on http://www.newzealand.com/int/article/haka/.
